  • 2.1 cups cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 0.42 lbs. sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods, split and seeded
Cooking recipe preparation instructions
This ice cream recipe is very easy to make, and will take around 15 minutes. 1. First of all, take 2 cups milk, 2 cups cream and 2 vanilla pods (split and seeded). 2. Put all the three ingredients together in a pan and bring them to boil. 3. Take a separate pan and beat 8 egg yolks along with sugar (around 14 tbsp), not mixing whole amount of sugar and eggs at a single time. Take smaller quantities each at a time and add slowly to the pan. Beat them until white foam is created on this egg mixture. 4. Pour the boiling mixture of milk, cream and vanilla pods into this foamy egg mixture. 5. Cook the entire mixture for about 5 minutes on low flame. Check with a wooden spoon and it is done if the mixture sticks to that spoon. Otherwise, cook it until it starts sticking to that spoon. 6. Allow it to cool for some time. You can add dry fruits like almonds, cashew nuts, pista, etc. to make it more appealing and healthier. This is optional and depends on your taste. When it gets cooled and becomes normal, pour it in a bowl and keep it in freezer so that it freezes and becomes smooth sorbet. After 2 to 3 hours, your ice cream is ready to eat! Enjoy this cold and exotic ice cream in summers. If you want to try more similar recipes, visit the website – www.milkdelight.com
